Free tracked shipping on every US order. Each ornament is printed to order in 1–5 business days by our US production partner, then delivered in 3–9 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Our Love-It Promise
If your ornament arrives damaged, or with a printing mistake on our side, email customercare@zomblue.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days. We'll reprint and reship it free — no need to send anything back.
Because each ornament is made just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or for typos entered at checkout, so please double-check your preview.

Photo tips
Use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is fully visible. Phone photos work great. Avoid very dark, blurry or far-away shots — the live preview shows you exactly how it will look.

Will my ornament look like the preview?
Yes. The live preview is generated from your actual photo and text, so what you see is what we print. Colors can vary very slightly between screens and glossy ceramic.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit phone photo where your pet's face is fully visible. If a photo looks dark or blurry in the preview, try another before ordering.
Can I put more than one pet on one ornament?
Each ornament features one pet. For several pets, add one ornament per pet — you'll save 15% on 2 and 20% on 3 or more, automatically.
Can I make one for a pet who has passed away?
Of course, and we're so sorry for your loss. Change the bottom line to "Forever in Our Hearts" or their years, e.g. "2012 – 2026".
Can I change my order after checkout?
Email us right away at customercare@zomblue.com. If it hasn't gone to print yet, we'll gladly update it.
