Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Shipping time

Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

 

Shipping cost

We currently offer free shipping on every order shipped within the United States.

 

Order tracking

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at customercare@zomblue.com.

 

Lost or delayed packages

While most orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional carrier delays can happen, especially around the Halloween season. If your order is significantly delayed or shows as lost in transit, contact us and we will work with you to find a solution, including a replacement or refund.

 

International shipping

At this time we ship within the United States only.
