Returns & Refunds Policy

 

We want you to love your Zomblue Halloween decor. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

 

Return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

 

How to start a return

Email us at customercare@zomblue.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm your return and provide instructions.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

 

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In that case, we cover the cost.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

 

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing and a cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
